2018 Performance Management Study

Brandon Hall Group’s Performance Management research in 2016 and 2017 predicted and showed the growth rate in organizations moving to a continuous conversation performance management model, and we will continue to monitor those trends.

This year, we will also analyze other trends impacting how employee performance is developed in the current workforce, such as team-based performance management, managing contingent or gig workers, and integration with recognition, learning, and workforce management technologies. In addition, with all of the advanced methods and new information, how are organizations training managers to take advantage of these new techniques?
